A PDF of the Central Vermont Regiment Pathfinder Club Permission/Release Form is availible to download, print, and fill out to be e-mailed or given to Jim Brown the Club Director for any and all trips, campouts, or other club out reach projects. No Pathfinder will be allowed to participate in these extra curricular attivities without proper parental permission.
